Sunday February 29, 2004 My body is in pain. First I completed my February running goal of running 10K. Good thing this month had an extra day and that the weather was good. I have been running through the winter but most of the time it was on the treadmill and much shorter runs. But I need to expand the distances since today I signed up for the Mississauga half marathon in May. Should be do-able but I could use some good weather. Then in the afternoon we painted the living room. A full body work-out. Monday will be a no exercise day.
