My running is going Hi-Tech. I now have a the Garmin Forerunner 201 which is a small GPS device that goes around your wrist and one of the things it does is that it keeps track how far you ran and your pace. It is my Christmas present from Catherine. Yes, Christmas. We are not that fast with Christmas presents ;) She originally wanted to give me a filling cabinet but because the shelves I put up kinda fulfilled the role of the cabinet, I went for the GPS system instead. I am a numbers man. I like to do math when I am running on the treadmill so I thought that a GPS system might motivate me with outside runs. I sometimes really need that extra motivation. I have been a good boy regarding running this year so far but I kinda took a March break. Now it's time to get back into it. With my new toy...
