The wait is over. I finally have my PR residence card. I got the letter a month ago so I thought it was time to pick it up. Would have been nice if they had mentioned on the letter what the hours were you could pick your card up, but at least there wasn't a long line.
On another note, the bank made some changes to the benefits package again and they decided to change some acronyms. One of the new one stands for Short Term Disability. In the brochure we received they are talking about saying farewell to the old acronym and it literally says: "And say hello to STD". Who says that working for a bank can't be fun ;)
