I had driven past these domes several times and a couple of weeks ago I decided to go in and today I played my first indoor soccer game there. I have played indoor soccer before but never on turf and it was pretty cool and despite that I am not in a bad shape I was really happy that we had enough substitutions. My team is bunch of guys that all signed up individually hence our amazing name: Individual United, but we have a couple of good players and we beat the opponents 8-0 so we can't complain about that. Another interesting thing was when I had to fill in some forms. I was asked if I ever had registered for soccer in a foreign country. At those points you realise that Canada is a land of immigrants (or that soccer is a sport for immigrants here).
