@#$^#$^!# $^ BELL @#%$!^#$#$^ Took a day off mainly to be able to receive the Bell representative at the house. Would be there between noon and five. Don't know why such a long term period is needed but that's another thing. At 4:15 still nobody there. Let's make a call to Bell just to be sure. "No sir, the appointment is set for Monday February 14th". I get home. Check the order confirmation e-mail and yes, it clearly says that February 10th. #$@##%#% No wonder they have such a bad reputation. But no, I won't take another vacation day on the 14th. The next appointment has to be on a Saturday and I don't care if that will be in 3 months.
