Isn't it great to have an air conditioner at home these days :)
I could have used the air conditioner during our training's run this morning. Despite that we started running at 7 in the morning, it was bloody hot.
In the afternoon I attended the "Thank you Veterans Concert" at Downsview Airport by the >Koninklijke Luchtmacht kapel a.k.a the Royal Dutch Airforce orchestra. Of course I brought the average age at that concert down by quite a bit but I felt it was important to attend and I have to admit that I enjoyed the concert.
Back home we had visitors from Windsor and after dinner the only thing I was capable of was sitting on a couch since I was sooo stuffed. Hey, at least I ran 7 miles in the morning so I need to refuel the engine.
