The excitement. After getting sidewalks a few week ago, we are getting curbs today. Next step I guess will be a drive way and then everything will be ready to get the grass but that won't happen very very soon. They normally put the grass down in the spring or in the fall. So far the first summer in our house is kinda strange. We can't really go outside since we don't have any grass plus we can't do to much to the house since we can't put in a nail in the walls without risking losing the guarantee. So our house still looks kinda empty. I am already looking forward to the summer next year when I can enjoy a beer in my own garden.
