On course for 2 days and followed up with a real exam. It had been a long time since my last time I had to take an exam. The course was the "ITIL IT Service Management Essentials" course and the instructor was from Pink Elephant. The interesting thing is that I know this company from when I was still at the university in the Netherlands. It was just founded by some Dutch dudes and they sponsored a student group similar to ours at another university, which we were envious off since we could have used the money too. Turns out that the Canadian franchise of that original company is now the only company that carries that name since the Dutch branch was bought out. Things change I guess.
