It had been 5 years so it was time for physical. Well, everything seemed to be okay. I just need to lose 50 pounds.

That's not going to happen.

20 pounds is possible. 30 pounds is pushing it. 50 pounds...just forget about it.

I have gained quite a number of pounds over the last couple of years. I do my exercise. I don't even eat too much bad food. I just eat too much. Give me something that is good and I can eat and eat and eat. Unfortunately for me, Catherine is a good cook.

So I have been trying to control myself with the seconds. On top of that I am now going for long walks during lunch time equipped with a pedometer and a MP3 player. I am not a big fan of walking but when I am listening to a podcast walking doesn't really bother me.

So far it is working. I have lost about 10 pounds. But now I have 50 more to go. Forget about it. Let's just try with another 10.
