We managed to escape from Oakville and went up North. However, not all the way up north. We made it to Blue Mountain in Collingwood. Catherine's brother had rented an appartment there so we decided to visit them for 2 days.
Being not a skier, there isn't much you can do there (without spending lots of money) other than taking pictures which is what I did. The pictures have been uploaded to Flickr and you can find them here
We had a good time. As I said, we are not skiers (yet) so this is not a place I would go to normally but it was interesting to see their village. Trying to imitate an Austrian\Swiss ski village. I wouldn't mind learning skiing so maybe if the kids learn to.... Just need to increase my insurance ;)
